Motherhood

Healing

Your Kids are important, But you matter too

ABOUT

You love your child deeply, but parenting a child with ADHD can leave even the most capable mothers feeling emotionally depleted. The constant decision-making, managing big emotions, navigating school challenges, and carrying the invisible mental load can slowly erode your confidence, your peace, and your sense of yourself. When you're holding everything together on the outside, it's easy to forget that you deserve support, too.

Our practice is dedicated exclusively to helping mothers of children with ADHD. Therapy is a space where you can set down the weight you've been carrying, process the emotional toll of parenting, and rediscover the calm, confident woman beneath the stress. Together, we'll strengthen your emotional resilience, help you respond instead of react, and develop practical strategies that fit your life and values.

As you become more regulated, more confident, and more grounded, the ripple effects often extend far beyond you. Parenting feels less overwhelming, relationships become more connected, and your home begins to reflect the calm you've created within yourself. While your child doesn't need to be in therapy for your life to change, your growth as a mother has the power to transform the atmosphere of your family.

You don't need to become a different mother—you deserve the support to become the version of yourself that stress has been hiding. My role is to help you get there with expertise, compassion, and complete confidentiality.

    Brain-based Treatments and Skills

Every person is different. In each session, we will work on your goals through brain-based therapies instead of talk-based therapies.

    Adapt as needed

Sometimes new emotions and goals come up during the process of treatment. We can always add or subtract or even change our current focus to work on the most important event or stress that has occurred to ensure you have the most success you can.

WHAT SETS US APART

Working with mothers of children with ADHD isn't just my specialty—it's a calling shaped by both extensive professional study and lived experience. I've devoted more than 1,000 hours to researching ADHD, executive functioning, emotional regulation, parenting, and the latest evidence-based interventions because I know that the traditional advice many parents receive often falls painfully short.

I'm also someone who understands ADHD from the inside. As a late-diagnosed adult with ADHD and the parent of a child who was also diagnosed later in childhood after years of significant oppositional behaviors, I've experienced firsthand the confusion, guilt, frustration, and isolation that can come from trying to parent a child whose brain doesn't respond to conventional strategies. I know what it's feels like to wonder why sticker charts, stricter consequences, or the parenting techniques that seem to work for everyone else only make things worse.

That personal experience doesn't replace my clinical training—it deepens it. It allows me to translate research into practical, compassionate strategies that work in real life. Rather than relying on one-size-fits-all parenting advice, I help mothers understand how ADHD affects the brain, emotions, motivation, and behavior so they can respond in ways that reduce conflict, build connection, and create lasting change.

Because children with ADHD don't need parents who try harder—they need parents who understand how their brains work. And when mothers are equipped with that understanding, everything begins to change.

LET’S GET STARTED

Imagine responding with confidence instead of exhaustion, connection instead of conflict, and hope instead of overwhelm. When you're ready, I'm here to help you get there.
